Toby met me at the airport, took me around the entire area, was in constant communication, followed each process along, followed up with the builder, lenders and attorney, etc. He treated me and my family like family. He went beyond the extra mile, allowing me to use his personal storage unit for a delivery of personal effects from overseas, accepted delivery of a computer for me, and has followed up with my builder on many substantial items.     On a scale of 0-100, I would have to give Barnett 100 plus! He certainly went above and beyond what was required, spending countless hours coordinating by phone and E-Mail.  On several occasions he spent several hours to meet with building contractors while I had to work.

    Many people in sales have the attitude of "do you want to buy or not."  Barnett went out of his way arranging appointments with contractors before the sale and then traveled 20 miles from his office to spend several hours with them to clear up issues with the home.

     I was very satisfied.  Barnett went above and beyond with each and every thing that he did from the open houses to the advertising to providing me with valuable information on the current market.  From the day I signed the contract Barnett has put in 110% and I feel as though I could not have had a better realtor working for me.

    Although we had casually entertained buying a home in Charleston for several years, Barnett’s pro-activity on a recent visit, helped us find our dream vacation home. Barnett sprung into action late one Saturday evening as we perused real estate listings prior to a night out. That night, until early the next morning, Barnett worked to ensure that we had appointments to see the selected condominiums the next day. We made an offer and for some realtors, the rest would be history (until the date of closing), but not with Barnett. He made the buying experience easy. As stressful and time consuming as buying “your future” can be, Barnett alleviated that stress by helping to coordinate the activities that led up to closing and by being there throughout the process.
